Pot Peanut Butter Cookies, Cannabis for ALL
| Ingredients: | |||
Note: This recipe contains weed. Weed strength varies and there is no "standard" so quantities may not be given or be approximate. Please use your own judgement when measuring based on your knowledge of the weed you're using. |
| Directions: |
| Preheat oven to 375 Melt the butter in the microwave for about 50 sec (you want it to be melted but not too hot and not boiling) Mix the butter and the peanut butter Add 1/2 cup of flour Add the sugar, brown sugar, egg, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla Add the remaining 3/4 cup of flour. Put the remaining 1/2 cup sugar into a seperate bowl Using a spoon make the cookies into balls that fit easily into the palm of your hand Roll the cookies in the sugar and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 7-10 min or until cookies start to crack at the top. Hurry! Their done! As soon as you take them out pat them down with a spatula (this makes them chewy, if you like crunchy cookies, just leave them) I always take them off the cookie sheet right away and put them onto a cool plate so that they don't continue to bake on the hot sheet. |

| Place all stockpiled stems in a jar. Pour in your vodka, just enough to fully submerge the stems. Let set in a dark place for about a week. After that, you will need to strain out the stems. A great trick is to make tea type bags out of coffee filters and stems for easy removal. |

How to Cook with Weed - Marijuana
Cooking with weed
Even for experienced smokers, eating foods containing marijuana can be a whole new experience. It might the perfect solution for those who don't want to smoke, or have trouble smoking, i.e. people with asthma. There are virtually no health risks, as you are not smoking and there is no subsequent damage to your respiratory system.

Easy to make weed recipes

Cooking with Marijuana
Most weed-related recipes call for the making of a certain quantity of "Marijuana Butter" or "Bud Butter", which is then used as a replacement for standard butter in a cooking situation. To prepare pot for eating it has to be heated in some way. It won't work if the weed is eaten without preparation, because the digestive system is unable to digest THC directly. When cooking with weed, it is very important to use fat (oil, butter, milk) because THC (the stuff that gets you stoned) is fat soluble and not water soluble. It is therefore impossible to get high from pot tea, for example, without adding some milk. Learn how to make bud butter

How to make Bud Butter
Cooking with weed offers an alternative to inhaling marijuana smoke to get high. By using "Bud Butter" in your recipes you can consume the marijuana in a tasty way.
Here's one recipe for Bud Butter:
Ingredients
1 lb. of butter (not margarine!)
1/2 ounce of finely ground marijuana
Method
Melt the butter in a sauce pan until it's simmering.
Add the marijuana and let simmer for 30 minutes or so until the butter has turned green from the marijuana.
Pour butter through a strainer to remove all the pieces of marijuana.
Chill until solid.

Methods of THC extraction
- butter
- cooking oil (soak in for a week)
- milk
- cream
- flour - Another method that doesn't require cooking is cannaflour. Grind the cannabis up as fine as you can get it, and mix it with the following ratio: for every cup of flour, mix in a half cup of powdered cannabis. Your final product is cannaflour, and you can use it in just about every baking recipe.
- weed - If you're in a hurry you can also do the following: melt some (dairy) butter in a pan and throw in some weed; stir a bit, and then fry an egg (or a pancake or whatever) in it. Don't throw the weed away, it will still contain some THC. Eat the egg or whatever you made. Sweet stuff (honey, syrup, marmalade) tastes good with weed.

What are the effects?
It can take anywhere from 20 minutes to even up to 4-5 hours for the effects to set in. The biggest problem here is to find the right amount. When smoked, the effects set in almost immediately, so it is easy to judge how much you need. After eating some weed, some users are too impatient, and they think they need more. While it is not possible to overdose on weed, the effects of eating too much cannabis are not pleasant. You may feel sick, confused, unable to move or talk, and your coordination may be heavily affected. These effects may last a long time, much longer than when smoked. It is therefore important not to eat too much. Start with a low dose, and increase it the next time, if needed. Experiment to find the right amount. If you eat too much, a high dose of vitamin c (200mg or more) may help to make you feel better.
When eaten, pot takes longer to work, depending on: the amount and quality of the weed/hash, the rate of your digestion system, and the amount of food you've eaten beforehand. For best results, we recommend not eating anything at least 2-3 hours before eating your marijuana.

How much weed do I use?
Since weed is not an "officially regulated" product it's hard to recommend an amount to use as the strength of the weed will vary greatly. Many people prefer to use "cabbage," or the leafy, low quality type of weed, in their cooking. Buds are usually reserved for smoking, but of course you're free to cook buds, but any cooking disasters will be a lot more expensive!
Trial and error is your guide here. If you're making bud butter, you might go through a few saucepans full of cabbage before the butter is green and smelly enough to be useful for cooking. It's a good idea to note down how much you've used so you know for next time.
As a general guide, a mild dose using high quality cannabis, extracted properly into butter or oil, would be 0.5g. To get really high use 1g. So - 7 brownies=7 grams of cannabis.
So for a 14 brownie batch that gets everyone pretty high using 1g per person would be a half ounce. 28 brownies at .5 a gram, or buy a 1/4 of cannabis, make 7 1 gram brownies for 7 people, or 14 .5gram brownies.

Marijuana Space Cake
200 gr. of baking flour
200 CL. of milk 2 eggs 180 grams of sugar |
180 grams of butter
a hot oven (200 degrees c) a baking form |
8 grams of good (light) hasjs. (I prefer using Polm or Zero)
Something to mix is always a nice touch. To give it the cake a fresh taste: put 1 apple (sliced) in the cake. You can mix cacao (chocolate), a banana, vanilla (no ice cream!!),... nearly anything in it. |
Note: This recipe contains weed. Weed strength varies and there is no "standard" so quantities may not be given or be approximate. Please use your own judgement when measuring based on your knowledge of the weed you're using.
| Directions: |
| Put the butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds until it's a fat paste. Mix the hasjs with 4/5th of the butter. (heat up the hasjs with a lighter and crumble it in the butter). With the rest of the butter your fatten the baking form so you can get the cake out easy when it's done. Now mix the butter (and hasjs), flour, eggs and milk and sugar (and the possible extra ingredient). Keep on mixing it for a few minutes until it's nice and smooth. If it's to dry: at a little milk. Is it to much of a liquid: ad a little flour. Put the cake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Check how it looks before opening the oven. If it's big and brown (I think you can imagine how a cake looks like) open the oven and take the cake out. Leave it outside the oven for about 30 minutes to cool down before getting it out of it's form. Enjoy your meal. |

| Ok, this is the way to make cannabutter, to be used in your everyday cooking... IMPORTANT: DO NOT LET IT GET OVER 350 DEGREES Once the water has boiled off let the mixture simmer for 3-4 hours total. Next, using a cheesecloth or similar (knee high stocking even!), strain out the spent plant matter, squeezing all the butter out of it, and put the liquid in the fridge. A few hours later, the mixture is cool enough that the cannabutter has solidified on the surface. It looks kind of scummy, but its just enchanted butter. Scoop it out and retain it in a bowl or a jar. Any remaining water can be thrown out. https://www.thestonerscookbook.com/recipe.php/recipe/cannabutter Use the bud butter in any recipe that calls for butter. |

| Directions: |
| Like other herbs, marijuana may be made into a tea. Boil the water first and pour it over the marijuana. Let it steep for longer than you would for common black tea; approximately an hour and a half. THC is only very slightly soluble in boiling water. Adding either some alcohol, oil, or butter to the mix will help the THC dissolve. An ounce of whole milk or a half ounce of hard liquor to a cup of boiling water increases the tea's potency quite a bit. A chai-type drink, made with marijuana leaves, spices, butter and milk would dissolve even more of the THC. Making tea by just boiling the leaves will not release as much psychoactive THC. Since marijuana's pigments and terpenoids the components responsible for its flavor are water soluble, this tea looks and smells more promising than its effect will be. However, these non-cannabinoids may also have medicinal properties, as could other water-solubles. https://www.thestonerscookbook.com/recipe.php/recipe/marijuana-tea-weed-tea |

| Approx 1 hour |

| The brownie mix should call for oil. Add the weed to the oil in a saucepan. Cook on medium-low for 30 mins (trust me the time is worth it) Strain out weed and use the remaining oil for the recipe Follow instructions on the box to make the brownies. Also if you want to smoke while the brownies cook dry the weed by using 4 napkins and some books. Then smoke away as desired. The weed still contains some THC. |
